WorksBoard is a job-tracking and workshop management tool designed for small UK workshops and trade businesses.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these Terms. Notify us at support@worksboard.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use WorksBoard for any unlawful purpose; attempt unauthorised access; reverse engineer the Service; transmit malicious code; or resell access without written consent.
WorksBoard offers a Free plan and paid plans (currently Core). Paid fees are charged monthly in advance in GBP. VAT, if applicable, will be shown at checkout. No refunds for partial months except where required by law. Pricing changes with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
We aim to keep WorksBoard available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
WorksBoard shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
WorksBoard and its content remain the exclusive property of WorksBoard and its licensors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
